Three people were arrested last month following a police investigation into the supply of illegal cosmetic products in the northwest of England. A Ferrari and £30,000 in cash were seized.
Prof. David Sines, the Chair of the JCCP said: “The illegal cosmetic trade is a multi-million pound criminal business that causes untold harm to people up and down the country. If you are considering cosmetic treatment, the best way to ensure you are not treated with illegal products is to use a cosmetic practitioner on the JCCP register.
